Policies & Procedures
Scheduling:
ALL CLIENTS are REQUIRED to have a CARD ON FILE in order to schedule an appointment.
Forms are required to be filled out prior or during arrival of appointment.
New clients may arrive 10 minutes early if forms are not filled out online.
First time clients who schedule online will prepay for first appointment.
You should receive a confirmation and/or text regarding a scheduled or cancelled appointment.
Late arrivals may have to reschedule or shorten their session.
Cancelations:
We ask that clients give us at least 24 hours' notice before appointment. Cancel online through Vagaro.com or contact us by either phone or email. Clients who cancel online should receive an email cancelation confirmation.
NO SHOWS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR SESSION.
How to Schedule Online
1) Click on "Book Now" (Through Vagaro.com)
2) Select a Service
a) Only new clients receive $10 off promo
b) Once logged in original price will occur at check out
4) Select a Date
5) Select a time that is available
6) Login information:
a) Use FB, Google, or Apple account
b) Create an account or login in with Vagaro account
c) New clients may fill out forms before appointment (Medical History & Consent forms)
7) Check out
8) All set and scheduled (Make sure you receive a confirmation by text or email)
It's important that online users use the same login information
