Massage
A manipulation of the bodies soft tissue commonly applied with a variety of techniques generally for the treatment of body stress and pain. Treatments are customized between Swedish a relatively gentle form of massage to help promote relaxation and/or Deep Tissue that addresses musculoskeletal issues by using deeper strokes to target trigger points.
Hot Stone Massage
A unique variant of massage therapy that employs heated (basalt) stones to release physical tension and calm the nervous system. Direct heat of the stones helps to relax, and ease tensed or damaged muscles throughout the body by increasing blood to the affected areas.

Medical Massage
Outcome-based; primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem(s) the client presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment.
