Terms and Conditions
Packages are nonrefundable once a session is used after purchase, and you CANNOT combine any other discounts at the time of purchase or during checkout. Other treatments outside of the package CANNOT be used in place of a treatment within the package. What is offered in that package is what you schedule for in order for the package to be used.
When purchasing a package and scheduling online for a session it is important that you use the same email and login information for the package to be recognized in the system. Other family members may use a session from a purchased package as long as they are scheduled under the client who originally paid for the package. A package can only be paid for by one person and scheduled under that individual for the package to successfully go through the system.
Packages can be purchased online or within the facility. Gift certificates or gift cards may not be used to purchase a package when discounted during a promotion.
